As our Senior Travel Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless global travel arrangements for TGR Haas F1 Team.
Reporting to the Travel Manager, you will coordinate travel for employees, drivers, and contractors across an international racing calendar and wider business activities. Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, and cost-effective travel solutions while providing exceptional support to travellers and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Travel Coordination & Logistics
- Coordinate global travel arrangements for employees, drivers, and contractors, primarily for race events, test activities, and business travel
- Arrange flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and related travel services
- Source the most appropriate travel solutions, balancing budgets, traveller requirements, and operational needs
- Prepare and issue detailed travel itineraries for each trip
Traveller Support
- Provide support and guidance to travellers before and during travel
- Assist with passport, visa, and international travel requirements
- Provide on-call assistance when required, including occasional out-of-hours and emergency support
- Act as a trusted point of contact for travel-related queries
Administration & Compliance
- Support purchase order processing and credit card reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with team travel policies, GDPR requirements, and travel-related regulations
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
- Support the administration of travel processes and procedures
Team Support & Collaboration
- Assist the Travel Manager and provide support across the wider Travel team as required
- Cover day-to-day responsibilities of team members during periods of absence or peak demand
- Build effective relationships with travellers, suppliers, and stakeholders across the organisation
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve travel operations and service delivery
What You'll Bring
Essential
- GCSE, High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years' professional work experience
- At least 2 years' experience within a professional motorsport environment or related industry
- Solid understanding of the international travel industry
- Strong knowledge of passport, visa, and traveller administration requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to interpret and follow complex travel and visa regulations
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable
- Further education, including a university degree or equivalent
- Experience within Formula 1
- Experience coordinating complex international travel programmes
