- Participates in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configuration for new functionality or enhancements.
- Proactively identifies and troubleshoots issues, resolving defects in a timely manner
- Effectively collaborates with teams such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Finance, and others, providing exceptional customer service.
- Recommends best practices to ensure optimal use of Workday based on knowledge of company processes and technology.
- Performs data uploads into Workday utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
- Experience with reporting writing and troubleshooting.
- Participates in and supports the deployment of Workday’s bi-annual releases.
- Assists HR teams with the process flows, data analysis, configuration and EIB loads associated with annual and off cycle events such as performance evaluations, merit increases, bonus payment and talent calibration
- Prepares test plans and scripts and execute testing for larger configuration changes or the roll out of new modules. Support the business with UAT where required.
- Develops technical documentation, user guides and training
- Provides level 2 support across multiple Workday modules and functional areas.
- Proven Workday configuration experience across multiple modules including HCM, Absence and Advanced Compensation. Experience in the following modules is desirable but not essential; Payroll, Learning, Help and Talent and Performance.
