YOUR MISSION
Lead a skilled team of composite specialists in delivering flawless components that withstand the extreme demands of Formula 1 racing. You'll balance technical expertise with leadership prowess to achieve precision, efficiency, and excellence in every carbon fibre component that leaves your department.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Composite engineering qualification or completed apprenticeship
- Proven laminating expertise with the ability to coach and elevate team skills
- Sharp problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills that inspire commitment across departments
- Experience managing small teams (desired)
- F1 or similar high-performance environment experience (beneficial)
