- Execute precision repairs using specialized techniques
- Work collaboratively across departments to optimize production

You Bring
- 5+ years of composite trimming and assembly expertise (F1 experience preferred)
- Mastery of adhesive specifications and surface preparation techniques

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
