As a Control Systems Engineer, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain real-time control system software using MATLAB and Simulink for our high-performance vehicles, related to ride, handling and power-train systems
- Enhance and automate software development processes, including build systems, validation, and deployment workflows, to improve efficiency and reliability
- Plan and execute SIL and HIL test cases to ensure all requirements are captured and validated
- Develop tools and analysis scripts to streamline testing, automate repetitive tasks, and improve data analysis
- Collaborate with operational teams, providing documentation, diagnostics, and hands-on technical support to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
- Drive technical improvements through innovation, applying advanced software engineering, modelling and simulation technologies to real-world engineering challenges
- Share knowledge and contribute to best practices within the team, while continuing to grow your expertise through mentorship and hands-on experience
What You'll Bring:

- Understands vehicle dynamics, control theory, and mechanical systems
- Has practical experience with model-based design using MATLAB/Simulink
- Is familiar with hardware-in-the-loop systems and rapid control prototyping platforms (e.g. dSPACE SCALEXIO, Speedgoat)
- Has experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN bus
- Is passionate about high-performance engineering and enjoys solving technical challenges using data and software
- Enjoys writing efficient, maintainable code and continuously improving tools and workflows
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where collaboration and initiative are key
