The Motorsport Competence Group is looking for motivated and flexible Composites Technician at our headquarters in St. Ingbert / Germany.

Key responsibilities:
- Independent maintenance and repair of CFRP/carbon components on race cars
- Manufacturing, processing, and finishing of fiber composite parts according to technical specifications
- Performing structural analysis and assessing damaged components on-site (e.g. after accidents)
- Applying processes such as laminating, vacuum technology, curing, sanding, bonding
- Documenting all work and repairs carried out in accordance with internal quality standards
- Preparing spare parts and structured storage management in the area of carbon components
- Close collaboration with engineering, crew chief, and mechanics to ensure operational readiness
- Continuous improvement of workflows in the Composite Repair & Production department
Qualifications:
- Careful, precise, and quality-oriented
- Passionate about technology and motorsport
- A team player, flexible, resilient
- Works independently – while reliably fitting into the team structure
- Communicative, open to development and new materials
- Ideally completed vocational training in composite materials, automotive engineering, plastics technology, or similar
- Experience in handling carbon / CFRP (e.g. motorsport, aviation, yacht building)
- Knowledge in laminating techniques, vacuum infusion, prepreg processing
- Confident in reading technical drawings, material lists, and production specifications
- Experience in motorsport environments (e.g. GT3, DTM, endurance racing) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of technical correlations around vehicle construction
