We are looking for an experienced Off-Track Events Manager to be responsible for any events hosted by the team outside of the track and for ensuring unparalleled experiences for our guests and fans.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the off-track events aligned with the highest standard of the team
Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with the Head of Events to implement the sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth for venue hire and tours.
Event Execution & Delivery
- Oversee the operational delivery of events and factory tours at the VCARB factory, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Plan and organize complex high-level events, managing all logistical aspects while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Administrative Management
- Monitor and manage relevant budgets, creating purchase orders as required.
Professionalism
- Supervise and maintain an organized and safe working environment with adherence to health and safety regulations.
Experience needed:
- Previous extensive experience in sales and coordination experience in the events industry, with a proven track record in delivering successful events.
- Strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively close deals.
- Proficiency in event management, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain industry relationships.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to driving innovative ideas that enhance our event offerings
- Available to travel related to events programme.
