Key Responsibilities
As the Team Manager, you will be central to the racing project. While you will collaborate closely with colleagues in commercial and coordinating functions, you will maintain ultimate responsibility for the project's flawless execution. Your primary duties will include:
- Operations & Logistics: Direct and oversee all logistical and operational aspects of the racing team, ensuring flawless execution during test days, race weekends, and at the workshop.
- Financial Management: Take responsibility for the project's financial health, including budget management, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
- Team Representation: Act as the team's face and voice. You will confidently and professionally represent the organization to the championship's governing body, clients, media, sponsors, and VIP guests.
- Sporting Leadership: Maintain a strong affinity with the endurance racing aspects.

Requirements & Profile:
- Endurance Racing Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in endurance racing is essential. You must understand the unique demands, rules, and rhythm of endurance events.
- Technical Background: A strong technical background in motorsport is highly preferred, enabling you to effectively bridge the gap between engineering, mechanics, and management.
- Leadership & Motivation: You must be a natural motivator with a positive mindset, capable of inspiring a high-performing team under intense pressure.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively manage internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Language Skills: While fluency in English is essential for this role, proficiency in French is beneficial and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Work Authorization & Travel: This role requires extensive international travel to accompany the team to all race and test events. Additionally, you must be eligible for employment at the team's primary operating base. Specific location details and right-to-work requirements will be clarified during the interview.
