Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Northampton Area, United Kingdom for a Data Platform Engineer. The Data Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data platforms to support the team's performance analysis and race strategies. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability. The engineer will also optimize data processes and develop tools for data integration and visualization.
Qualifications
- Experience in database management and SQL
- Knowledge in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience in high-performance environments or motorsports is a plus
